STEWART ZILBERBERG
VICE PRESIDENT

Stewart Zilberberg is Vice President and Partner of Los Angeles based Scenery West, one of the country's premier themed entertainment construction companies. Over the last nineteen years, he has piloted Scenery West's expansion from specialty fabricator for the film and television industry to themed construction firm serving the hospitality, retail, family entertainment and theme park industries. He has accomplished this by diversifying the company's resources to include in-house design, art direction and project management along with the specialty construction. Drawing upon extensive experience in sculpture, mold-making, carpentry, metal fabrication and scenic painting, the Scenery West staff, under the direction of Mr. Zilberberg and his partner Ron Antone, has created a diverse range of projects. These include the fine-art statues lining the exterior of the Monte Carlo Hotel and Casino, the energized interiors of the Sega GameWorks facilities, and the large-scale steel and fiberglass structure surrounding the show court outside the Viejas Casino and Turf Club.

Widely recognized as an authority in the entertainment design and construction field, Mr. Zilberberg served on the Board of Directors of the Themed Entertainment Association for three years, including one year as Treasurer. He is frequently invited to speak and serve on panels at conferences for a number of markets including retail, hospitality and entertainment.

Born in New York, Mr. Zilberberg studied theater construction and design at Brooklyn College and Lester Polokov School of Design in New York City. He served his apprenticeship at the venerable Nolan Scenic Studios and continued his career as a carpenter and stagehand for Broadway theaters, the Metropolitan Opera and television in New York City. He currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
